Sunday Dinner - Fajitas and Guacamole

Simple Fajitas
Flank Steak marinated for an hour then quickly seared on the grill at very high heat (I’m too lazy to put in on charcoals); cook peppers and onions on high heat in a skillet until somewhat soft and charred; slice the steak and add it to the peppers; Serve on warmed tortillas.
Simple Guacamole
Mush some avocados together with some tomatillos, garlic, lime juice; mix in some chopped cilantro and diced tomatoes; maybe some salt to taste.

Sister and Daughter joined to help eat it.

Simple dinner.
